With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Chelsy has built a reputation as a dynamic leader and a passionate educator. Throughout her career in Property and Casualty, she has held various leadership roles, consistently driving performance and inspiring teams to achieve their full potential. Most recently, Chelsy launched the first Continuing Education (CE) course for ALE Solutions, further demonstrating her commitment to sharing knowledge and empowering others.

 

Beyond her professional achievements, Chelsy is a strong advocate for wellness, believing that a balanced life is key to both personal fulfillment and professional success. She is driven by a deep desire to uplift others—helping them thrive not only in their careers but in their overall well-being.

Jessica Hamilton

Jessica Hamilton is the Chief Revenue Officer at DASG, bringing over 25 years of experience in the insurance and business development sectors. After successfully leading her family business, U.S. Adjusting Services, to a multi-million-dollar acquisition by Eberl Claim Services, Jessica completed a 4.5-year earnout as Senior Vice President of Business Development—bringing in over 52 new client relationships and helping elevate Eberl’s brand across the industry.

Now leading growth strategy and revenue generation at DASG, Jessica is known for her authenticity, relationship-driven leadership, and unwavering commitment to purpose. She lives by the “3 G’s” — Grit, Grace, and God — a philosophy that shapes both her career and personal life. Jessica values experiences over presents, finds joy in music and the arts, and believes that real, authentic relationships are the most meaningful currency in life.

Chief Operating Officer at Vault Insurance

Cheri Versluis

Cheri is the Chief Claims Officer for Vault Insurance.  She is actively involved as an Advisor for CodeX, the Stanford University Center for Legal Informatics. She previously served as VP of AI Product Development at Bold Penguin, Inc., leading the development of AI and ML products for the insurance industry. At EMC Insurance, she spearheaded the creation of a claims legal team to build consistency in claims handling, coverage , extra-contractual litigation, and legal spend management.  In her free time, she loves spending time with her family travelling and supporting the arts.

Michelle Licht

Michelle Licht is a seasoned leader in the insurance industry with over 18 years of experience specializing in temporary housing. As Vice President of Sales at ALE Solutions, a Fleetcor company, Michelle leads with heart—helping displaced policyholders during their most difficult times.

Her background in hospitality and culinary arts shaped her natural ability to connect with people, and she’s been on the front lines of nearly every major catastrophe since 2006, including Hurricane Sandy and the Paradise fires. Michelle is known for her deep industry knowledge, consultative approach, and commitment to improving the claims process for both carriers and customers.

A proud mom of two, Michelle balances her demanding career with her passion for travel, great food, reggae music, and giving back. As a founding member of Girls Give Back, she is driven to mentor others and elevate the presence of women in the insurance industry.

Vice President of Catastrophe and Inside Desk Claims at Pure Insurance

Arpan Sikder

Arpan Sikder has almost 30 years of experience in the property claims industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Catastrophe and Inside Desk Claims at PURE Insurance. After graduating Rutgers University with a degree in History/Political Science and a Minor in Film I had every intention to become a documentary film maker. So of course, the logical next step would be to work in insurance for a carrier handling property claims. I worked for State Farm as a property field adjuster for 7 years, 2 years at Travelers, 7 years at Chubb and the last 12 years at PURE.  I am still working on making that documentary film, but life got in the way and I met my wife have 2 wonderful kids and spend my time watching them pursue their goals of volleyball, soccer and acting. In my free time I teach martial arts, play softball, fish and smoke a good cigar..

Associate Property Claims Supervisor

Logan Smith, AIC, AINS

Been in the P&C industry almost 15 years with the last 8 years with Amica. My background is in construction as a Commercial Roof Installer and P&C Broker for Commercial and Residential Policies. Joined Amica in 2017 and was a General Adjuster until 2023. In 2023, became a Sr. Property Claims Supervisor and later an Assc. Property Claims Supervisor. Currently I oversee a number of states in New England from a technical perspective. I act as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships for claims at Amica in the property space along with oversee a handful of internal projects involving operational efficiency, workflow management, and technical training.

VP of Claims at Openly Inc.

Gina Reyes

Gina Reyes is the Vice President of Claims for Openly Inc. Gina has twenty-five years of experience in the industry. She spent fifteen years at Allstate in roles ranging from adjuster to catastrophe management.

Prior to Openly, Gina spent ten years with Liberty Mutual, five years with Property Claims, and five years as the Vice President of Claims for Europe and Latin America.
